This website is operated by Continuum, a venture capital firm investing deal by deal in frontier technology. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.

Everything on this website is provided for information. It is not an offer or invitation to buy any investment, it is not a recommendation, and it is not financial, legal or tax advice.

Nothing here should be relied on in deciding whether to invest. Any actual investment is made only through the separate documents for that specific opportunity, and you should take your own professional advice first.

We make no forecast or promise about returns.

Risk

Early-stage investing is high risk. Most early-stage companies fail and return nothing.

Your capital is at risk, you should be prepared to lose the entire amount you invest, and these investments cannot usually be sold when you want - your money may be locked up for many years. Nobody should invest money they cannot afford to lose.

Who may use the investor areas

Parts of this site are restricted to people who meet the eligibility rules in their own country, and you will be asked to confirm which category applies to you.

That confirmation is yours to make honestly. If you are not eligible, the investor material is not for you, and confirming otherwise does not make it so.

Accounts and access

Where an account or access key is issued to you, it is issued to you personally. Do not share it. An authenticator code may also be required.

You are responsible for what is done with your credentials. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has them, and we may suspend access at any time.

Confidential material

Documents reached through the investor portal or a protected link are confidential and are shared with you alone. Do not forward, republish or reproduce them.

These documents carry your name and the time of viewing printed into them, so a copy can be traced back to the person it was issued to.

Investments are made elsewhere

No investment is completed on this website and no payment is ever taken here. Subscriptions, identity checks, funding, holdings and tax documents are handled by Sydecar, which administers our investment vehicles under its own terms.

Fraud warning

Continuum will never ask you to send money through this website, through a messaging app, or by following a link. If anyone does, it is not us.

Bank details only ever arrive with signed documentation through the proper channel. If you receive payment instructions that appear to come from Continuum and you are not certain, stop and call us before sending anything.

The assistants

This site includes AI assistants. They explain how things work; they do not give advice, cannot make commitments on our behalf, and may be wrong.

Treat their answers as a starting point, not as a statement by the firm, and do not type confidential or personal information into them.

Acceptable use

Please do not try to break into restricted areas, probe or disrupt the site, scrape it automatically, or misuse the assistants. We rate-limit requests and may withdraw access.

Our content

The text, design, wordmark and other material on this site belong to Continuum or our licensors. You may read and share public pages. You may not reproduce them commercially without our permission.

Links to other websites are for convenience; we are not responsible for what is on them.

Liability, law and changes

The site is provided as it is. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for loss arising from relying on it.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. We may update these terms; the version published here is the one that applies.
